Mindfully Yoga In-Person

A joyful class that combines movement, mindfulness, and education—all wrapped up in smiles! This unique experience will engage children through gentle yoga poses and playful activities that support their physical development, while also incorporating enriching literature.

In most sessions, we’ll weave stories into our yoga practice, using themes from beloved children’s books to inspire poses and movements. This approach not only fosters creativity but also enhances comprehension and a love for reading.

Kids will discover the incredible benefits of yoga, including improved focus, increased flexibility, and nurtured emotional regulation, all while having a blast with their peers!
